Micheline Healy

My name is Micheline Healy and when people ask me what I’m most passionate about in life, my answer, without needing to think about it, is: The human being.

The human being, in all her/his complexity and simplicity. I once saw that someone had created a word ” simplexity ” and I thought it described the human being very well, simple and complex.

What interests me, at this point, is to coach people to reach their alignment. Alignment, you may be wondering, what do you mean by that.

Alignment, you may be wondering, what do you mean by that? ?

In my many years of working with people, I have noticed that the majority of them are not aligned between what they think, feel, say and, finally, how they act. However, this often results in a lack of concrete results in their lives.

My observation of thousands of people, at all levels, has allowed me to come to the conclusion that people, in general, think something, often say what they think, and where there is a lack of alignment is in actions that are consistent with what they think and what they do.

My experience acquired over the years working with different fields, such as the educational, financial, legal, medical, visual arts, such as film and television, as well as the different levels of government, at the municipal, provincial, and federal levels… allowed me to observe the same phenomenon, that is to say a lack of alignment.

So, I choose to offer my services as a coach, and to work with people who are willing to take the necessary steps to achieve their alignment, whether in their careers, or on a personal level.

Alignment and Coherence

If there is one thing I have observed and learned over the years of meeting thousands of people is that most people do not align their thoughts, words, and their actions. They then wonder why they don’t achieve what they want or what they are capable of. You may think this is a bold statement, however, it isn’t.
